From a kitchen table to your favourite bakehouse

Rustic Boowa began the way the best things do — small. What started as home baking sold from a table during lockdown grew into a gazebo, then a food truck, and finally a warm bricks-and-mortar bakery and café on Maine Street in Tralee.

It's a family-run, Polish-rooted bakehouse where everything is made by hand, every day. Organic flours, mostly local ingredients, and the patience that real sourdough asks for — that's the whole recipe.

The name says it best: Tasty Happiness. That's what we're really baking.
